DataLAB (Data Like A Business) is a program pioneered by RDBI Solutions to bring cutting-edge data analysis and understanding techniques to businesses at all levels – from entry-level employees to CEOs, board members, and everyone in between.
This program will offer concepts and training for all levels of data understanding that will allow you to take control of your particular level of business from a data standpoint, and find ways to improve workflows at all levels.
Easily identify things like when work is being done, the quantity and quality of the work being done, and the ratio of work being billed out to wages being paid. We’ll work with you to understand the data you have, or build a framework to start gathering and analyzing this data to make smart business decisions.
DataLAB will also offer comprehensive courses for you to follow along with sample data sets as well as your own data, videos with key concepts and ideas in easy to digest forms, code snippets that allow you to build up your own automated systems, and so much more. Each month will offer new ideas and material, while building on the material of the previous periods to solidify your understanding of data.
DataLAB was conceived as a passion project of necessity by the founder and CEO of RDBI Solutions, Rob Schenck. A seasoned data professional, Rob saw a lack of content available that educates and guides business to making smart decisions based on the available data.
